ORDERS

HOW CAN I EDIT MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Contact us immediately if your order is shipping to an incorrect address. We will always do our best to update your address before your order is shipped.

HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Since your order goes into production so quickly, changing an order can be tricky. Because of this, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible. We will do our best to process your request.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can view the order status on your Account page, which will be updated after your order is placed and again once your order ships.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will send tracking information to the email address associated with your order once the item has shipped. Contact us if you have not received your tracking information after three business days.

HOW DO I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE?

Enter your Discount or Promotion Code in the Discount Code field during checkout. A code may not work due to being invalid, expired, or used previously.

CAN I USE MULTIPLE PROMOTIONS OR DISCOUNTS ON MY ORDER?

You can use only one Discount or Promotion Code per order. You can still receive free shipping if your order qualifies.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order from your Account page within one hour. If it is after 60 minutes, contact us as soon as possible (including your order number and cancel request), and we will try to help.

I ACCIDENTLY CANCELED MY ORDER. CAN I RESUME IT?

If you canceled your order and want to receive your order after all, the best way to do so is by placing a new order at checkout. Contact us if you have any questions - we are here to help!

I CANCELED MY ORDER, BUT I AM NOT SURE IT WENT THROUGH. CAN YOU CONFIRM IT WAS CANCELED?

When you cancel your order, you will receive an email confirming that it was successfully canceled. If you did not receive a cancellation confirmation email, contact us (and include your original order number), and we will take a look.

HOW SAFE IS IT TO ORDER ONLINE?

We only use the safest payment processing services on the web. If you have any security questions or concerns, please check out our payment processor security measures at PayPal.com or Shopify Payments.

BILLING

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

Your credit card will be charged when your order is accepted and processed.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept PayPal, Shop Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express, and debit cards.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks/cheques, money orders, or American Express gift cards.

WHAT CAN I DO IF MY PAYMENT IS DECLINED?

Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment did not go through: Check that the billing details for your card (such as the security code and billing address) match what you entered into our system and that your card has not expired.

Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don not tell us the reason for this. It is best to check with them before trying your card again. If none of these apply, contact us. We are happy to help!
